Why I’m running

I’ve lived in Little Compton for over thirty years. My husband Jake and I raised two children in town while growing our successful homebuilding business. I served on the LC Education Foundation Board when our children were students at Wilbur McMahon School. I’m an active member and lay leader of the United Congregational Church, and I partner with St. Andrew’s Church on the Love Our Neighbor Initiative. I am an advocate for housing affordability and am involved in outreach to families in need and seniors with limited resources. As the high cost of housing changes Little Compton’s demographics, I’m particularly concerned about its impact on our town's labor force and social fabric.

Spending time on issues I care about and advocating for the changes I want to see has been incredibly rewarding, and I believe there’s still more I can do. As a Town Councilor, I will be a bridge-builder and a proactive voice for our town’s future.
